Responsibilities Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients with precision and care Ensure all food handling procedures adhere to safety and sanitizing protocols to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment Maintain high-volume production standards during busy service hours while ensuring quality control Follow food safety management practices including proper food storage, sanitation procedures, and temperature controls Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and deliver timely service in a fast-paced setting Make pizzas according to our recipes and quality standards Prep toppings and ingredients for daily services Qualifications Prior experience with food service equipment such as ovens, grills, and other kitchen appliances is advantageous Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards Experience making New York style pizza is required Must be reliable, hardworking, and punctual Weekend availability is required Must have a flexible schedule Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 60 lbs.
