Evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Job Overview We're looking for a dependable and motivated cook to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen, takes pride in preparing quality food, and helps create a great dining experience for our guests. This position is responsible for preparing menu items, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and following all food safety standards. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards. Set up and stock food stations before each shift. Ensure food is prepared quickly, accurately, and presented properly. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. Monitor food inventory and notify management when supplies are low. Properly store, label, and rotate food products. Work efficiently with other kitchen staff to keep orders moving. Assist with opening, closing, and daily kitchen cleaning duties. Qualifications Previous cooking or kitchen experience is preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and food quality. Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
