Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a experienced Mexican Cuisine Cook to join our kitchen staff in Agora Cafe in Bloomfield, NJ. We are looking for someone who has experience in prepping Authentic Mexican food, is able to work efficiently during rush periods, offers suggestions on adding or improving menus, and that has pride in preparing these meals. This job is a part time position. We are currently looking for two people to cover two separate shifts. One person works Monday-Thursday, the other person works Friday through Sunday. Time for each day and shift is 9AM through 5PM.

Responsibility:

Ability to prepare authentic Mexican cuisine is strongly preferred Ability to prepare multiple meals quickly during busy hours Good food and knife skills Understanding food handling and sanitation Organized, reliable, and able to work independently Spanish fluency is preferred but not required Ability to work well with other kitchen and restaurant staff
