Job description: Job Summary Our Pizzeria is looking for a dependable, motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. Duties Prepare, cook, and plate menu items efficiently while maintaining consistency and quality standards Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures at all times Maintain cleanliness of workstations, kitchen equipment, and storage areas to meet health regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth kitchen operations Experience Previous restaurant or line cook experience preferred but not required. Proven background in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service within the food industry Skilled in culinary techniques including knife skills, meal preparation, and food handling safety protocols Experience with menu planning and catering operations is a plus Familiarity with kitchen equipment and food safety standards required for maintaining a clean and safe environment Strong understanding of food service operations and customer service principles Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail
