Responsibilities Prepare fresh desserts, drinks, and ingredients according to Mango Mango recipes and quality standards. Assemble and present desserts with attention to detail and consistency. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen at all times. Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment while keeping workstations stocked and ready. Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures. Work efficiently with team members during busy hours to ensure timely service. Help receive, organize, and restock inventory and ingredients. Support front-of-house staff when needed to ensure every guest has an exceptional experience. Take pride in every dessert served, knowing it helps create memorable moments for our customers. What We're Looking For A positive attitude and a passion for desserts and hospitality. Someone who enjoys making customers happy through great food and friendly service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and focused. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn. Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right candidate. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is preferred.
