Flamez Wood Fired Pizza in Blackwood, NJ is looking for a passionate and skilled Pizza Cook to join our fired-up team! Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook pizzas using a wood-fired oven to achieve consistent, high-quality results Stretch, top, and assemble pizzas according to menu recipes and customer specifications Monitor oven temperatures and manage cook times to ensure perfectly fired pies Prep ingredients including dough, sauces, toppings, and garnishes for daily service Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth, efficient service during peak hours Follow food safety and handling guidelines at all times

Requirements:

Prior experience as a pizza cook, line cook, or in a similar kitchen role preferred Familiarity with wood-fired or high-temperature oven cooking is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-heat kitchen environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and consistency Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
