We take pride in our attention to detail, teamwork, and creating a great experience for both our guests and our team. We're looking for a Line Cook to bring professionalism, precision, and passion to our kitchen. This is a nights and weekends position.

Responsibilities:

Execute prep work and cook dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation align with company expectations Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff Assist in training and mentoring other line cooks Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to kitchen management Follow food safety and sanitation protocols to meet health department standards Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Be punctual and reliable , ensuring shifts are covered and service runs smoothly

Qualifications:

2+ years of line cook experience in a high-volume kitchen Ability to work nights and weekends Strong knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment Ability to take direction and work independently when needed Excellent communication and teamwork skills Passion for food, quality, and consistency Strong sense of urgency and ability to multitask ServSafe certification (preferred but not required)
