The position will work from 5 pm until closing T-W-Th. As part of our restaurant, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where creativity and quality are essential. While we prefer someone with experience in fast-paced kitchens, we are willing to train a candidate with the right attitude and technical skills. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items following our recipes and quality standards. Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. Work as a team with other kitchen staff to maintain an efficient workflow. Keep the workstation clean and organized at all times. Monitor the quality and presentation of dishes before serving them to guests. Assist in inventory management and storage of ingredients as needed. Adapt to the demands of service during peak hours. Skills & Requirements Previous experience as a Line Cook, ideally in Peruvian cuisine (but not required). Proficiency in knife skills and handling professional kitchen equipment. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards. Strong teamwork and communication skills in a kitchen environment. Availability to work flexible hours.
