Duties Supervise and coordinate all kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure timely delivery of high-quality meals Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff, providing training, mentorship, and performance feedback to foster a motivated and skilled workforce Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies, controlling food costs, and maintaining accurate stock levels to optimize operational efficiency Ensure strict adherence to food safety sanitizing procedures, sanitation standards, and health regulations across all kitchen areas Plan menus in collaboration with culinary staff, incorporating dietary requirements and catering needs while maintaining consistency and creativity Manage shift schedules, assign duties effectively, and monitor workflow to maximize productivity during busy service periods Maintain detailed records of food production processes, inventory control logs, and safety inspections to support compliance and continuous improvement Requirements Proven experience in banquet operations, fine dining establishments or catering environments with a strong background in food production and service management Supervising experience within a culinary or hospitality setting is essential; previous leadership roles as a chef or kitchen manager are highly desirable Extensive knowledge of food handling safety protocols, sanitizing procedures, inventory control, and cost management techniques Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction Strong understanding of menu planning, food preparation techniques, and kitchen management software tools Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate staff and coordinate with other departments for seamless service delivery Culinary experience that includes managing large-scale food operations such as catering events or restaurant services is preferred Join us as a Lead Cook Supervisor where your culinary expertise combined with leadership skills will make a lasting impact. Pay:
