Posting Summary Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Cook B for Busch Dining Hall. Among the key duties of this position are the following: Handles overall cooking operations of unit in the absence of Cook A. Guides and instructs Cook C, Grill Cook, Cook's Helper, and Dining Service Worker B in performance of a variety of cooking operations to comply with standardized procedures and schedules. Performs all duties of the group.

Position Pension Eligibility:
PERS Minimum Education and Experience High school/vocational school education or equivalent, plus two years varied cooking experience in large volume institutional or restaurant setting. Certifications/Licenses Ability to pass the Food Handler's Certification. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to read and follow standardized recipes and production sheets.
