Axia Care Center is seeking a dependable, experienced, and team-oriented Full-Time Assistant/Cook to join our team.

Axia Care Center Responsibilities Assist with daily kitchen and food-service operations Prepare and serve meals according to established menus and dietary requirements Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and dining area Assist with food preparation, portioning, and meal service Follow all food-safety and sanitation guidelines Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing food and kitchen supplies Support daily operations and staff as needed Help ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Prior Assistant Management experience is required Previous cooking, kitchen, dietary, or food-service experience preferred Healthcare or long-term-care experience is a plus Strong leadership and organizational skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to cleanliness, food safety, and detail Ability to follow instructions and established procedures We are looking for someone who is dependable, hands-on, organized, and comfortable assisting with both kitchen operations and management responsibilities.
