Job DescriptionJob OverviewResponsible for the preparation and serving of meals, sanitation of food service areas, accurate record keeping, receiving, rotating and inventory of products and regulatory compliance.
Salary Range:
$22.00 HourlyResponsibilities and DutiesPrepare and serving quality mealsEnsure special dietary needs are met and preparing texture modified food, as directedEnsure compliance with all record keeping, food safety and risk management requirementsMonitor food preparation, storage and handling to ensure adherence with HACCP, labeling, and storage protocols to ensure compliance with all food service regulations and policiesMaintain accurate hot and cold food, refrigerator, and freezer temperature logsParticipates in and attends all in-service training as scheduledEnsures compliance with all Federal, State, and local regulations, as well as community policies and proceduresOther duties as assignedPhysical AbilitiesWhile performing the duties of this job, the associate is often required to stand, walk, sit, use fine and gross motor skills, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and smell.

An individual in this position will be required to lift or carry weight in up to 50 lbs.. The associate must use proper body mechanics. QualificationsQualificationsMaintains a current ServSafe certification or able to obtain ServSafe certificationOne year job related experience including food preparation, full-line menu items and special dietsHigh school diploma or GED acceptedCompetent in organizational, time management skills and demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision making skillsMust be able to work at least 1 weekend day per weekAdditional InformationBenefits Offered(Full Time):
