Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our passionate kitchen team. The ideal candidate has strong culinary skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited about working with fresh, seasonal ingredients. This role requires professionalism, consistency, and a team-first mentality.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute menu items to Semolina's standards of quality and presentation Work cleanly and efficiently during service on the assigned station Assist with prep, stocking, and organization of the kitchen Maintain proper food safety and sanitation practices Collaborate with chefs and other line cooks to ensure smooth kitchen operations Contribute to menu specials and seasonal changes when needed

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years line cook experience in a high-volume or farm-to-table restaurant Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment Ability to follow recipes and plating standards with precision Excellent knife skills and attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and able to work nights and weekends Passion for fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced food
