Job Description

Job Summary Giacomo's Brick Oven Pizza & Trattoria is a new restaurant in Shrewsbury, NJ. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pizza Maker to join our team! Previous experience required. Duties Prepare and assemble pizza ingredients according to established recipes and menu specifications Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, slicers, and dough rollers efficiently and safely Ensure all food handling procedures comply with food safety sanitizing protocols and hygiene standards Monitor cooking times and temperatures to produce perfectly baked pizzas with consistent quality Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment regularly 555 Shrewsbury Avenue, Shrewsbury, NJ 07702

Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
