Job Description

The 130 Shop is seeking talented, experienced Line Cooks to be a part of our team. This is an excellent position for those looking to expand their culinary knowledge and skills in this expanding restaurant. Ideal candidates will detail-oriented, organized, professional and genuine. We are seeking staff who possess a strong work ethic, can multi-task effectively, work well under pressure and who have a keen eye for detail. Ability to cook desired meat and seafood items to restaurant standard
2 year minimum experience working in a professional kitchen
Team player, Punctual, Sense of Urgency, Efficiency, Knife Skills
Set up station according to restaurant standards and guidelines to ensure a smooth, efficient service
Understand the menu to estimate food requirements and procure food from storage
Read and follow recipes provided with precision to ensure efficient production
