Duties Prepare and assemble a variety of pizzas, adhering strictly to established recipes and quality standards Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, slicers, and dough rollers efficiently and safely Maintain cleanliness and food safety by following sanitizing procedures and proper food handling protocols Assist in menu planning by suggesting new pizza toppings or styles based on customer preferences and current trends Ensure consistency in dough preparation, sauce application, cheese distribution, and topping placement for every pizza Manage high-volume production during peak hours while maintaining attention to detail and quality control Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service experiences and uphold restaurant standards Qualifications Proven experience as a pizza maker or in a similar culinary role within the food industry Strong knowledge of food safety management, sanitizing procedures, and proper food handling techniques Skilled in food preparation methods including braising, poaching, grilling, and other cooking techniques relevant to pizza making Excellent knife skills for ingredient prep such as slicing vegetables or meats accurately Experience with menu planning, recipe adherence, and high-volume production environments Background in fine dining or restaurant experience preferred but not required Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently under pressure Knowledge of dietary aide practices or dietary department experience is a plus Passion for culinary arts with a focus on pizza craftsmanship and innovation Join us to craft exceptional pizzas that excite our guests!
