This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new concept from the ground up and play an important role in creating high-quality pizzas that will become a signature part of our menu. The ideal candidate is energetic, dependable, and takes pride in their craft. You should have a strong understanding of pizza preparation, dough handling, cooking techniques, and maintaining consistency in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure every pizza meets our standards for flavor, quality, appearance, and presentation. Duties Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes, specifications, and quality standards Properly stretch, shape, and handle pizza dough to achieve consistent results Prepare pizza toppings, sauces, cheeses, and other ingredients for service Operate and maintain pizza ovens and related kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Ensure pizzas are cooked to the proper temperature, texture, and presentation Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked pizza station throughout each shift Assist with daily food preparation, including portioning and prepping ingredients Monitor ingredient levels and communicate with management when supplies need to be replenished Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and food safety procedures at all times Maintain consistency in portion sizes, recipes, and presentation Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality and attention to detail Communicate effectively with cooks, servers, bartenders, and management to ensure smooth service Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties as needed Help maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented kitchen environment Skills & Qualifications Previous experience as a Pizza Maker, Pizza Cook, Line Cook, or similar kitchen position preferred Experience working with pizza dough and pizza ovens preferred Strong understanding of food preparation and kitchen safety Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant Excellent attention to detail and consistency Ability to follow recipes and maintain established quality standards Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work well as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and dependable Ability to remain calm and focused during busy service periods Knowledge of proper food safety and sanitation practices Willingness to learn and grow with a brand-new restaurant concept Join Our Team This is an opportunity to become part of something special from the beginning.
