We are looking for the right people to succeed and grow with us! Prepare ingredients, cook, and assemble dishes according to our recipes. Ensure dishes are prepared in a timely manner by prepping and/or restocking appropriately. Exercise portion control to minimize waste. Ensure quality and freshness of ingredients. Prep various food items, such as slicing cheeses, meats, and making sauces. Wash all wares including pots, plans, flatware, and glasses, by hand or using dishwasher. Set up, clean, and maintain your workstation area. Comply with Southern Nevada Health District regulations and our standards. Perform additional tasks as assigned by chef or supervisor. Room for advancement to management. Positive attitude and strong work ethic a must.
