We are looking for someone who works well during both slower service periods and high-volume rushes, takes pride in cleanliness, and pays close attention to detail. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working the fryer, grill, and sauté station, as well as experience with expo and strong customer service skills. Position Details

15-40 hours per week

Night shift preferred

Availability:

Weekend availability is required Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Big Fellas Restaurant standards.
• Work efficiently on fryer, grill, and sauté stations.
• Assist with expo to ensure food quality, accuracy, and timely service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area throughout the shift.
• Handle both slow periods and busy rushes with professionalism and urgency.
• Communicate clearly with team members to keep service running smoothly.
• Provide friendly, customer-focused support when needed. Qualifications
• Previous line cooks or kitchen experience preferred. Experience with Hibachi and Tacos is a plus.
• Experience working fryer, grill, and sauté stations.
• Expo experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to stay organized and focused during busy service times.
• Reliable weekend availability is required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
