What You'll Do As a PM Hot Line Cook, you will be responsible for executing service on the hot line with precision, urgency, and consistency across lunch and dinner service. Execute à la carte service on the hot line (grill, sauté, fry, or assigned station) Prepare and cook menu items to spec with strong attention to detail and presentation Maintain awareness of ticket times, pacing, and overall flow of service Work closely with culinary leadership and teammates to ensure smooth execution during peak periods Assist with daily prep and station setup for service Follow standardized recipes, plating guides, and prep lists Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked station at all times Uphold proper food safety, labeling, and storage standards (FIFO) Support breakdown, cleaning, and reset of the kitchen after service What We're Looking For We are building a team of professionals who take pride in their work and want to grow within a structured, high-performing kitchen.
