Responsibilities Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes. Ensure all dishes are prepared timely and to the satisfaction of customers. Set up and stock workstations with necessary supplies. Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage. Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly. Report any necessary repairs or replacements as needed. Required Skills Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef or restaurant cook. Strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. Excellent time management abilities. Familiarity with industry's best practices.
