Ideal candidates have:

• 2+ years of professional kitchen experience
• Strong knife skills and excellent cooking fundamentals
• Experience with high-volume, fast-paced cooking
• The ability to execute consistently under pressure
• Strong organization, cleanliness, and attention to detail
• A team-first attitude and willingness to learn
