Duties Prepare and assemble menu items efficiently while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions and customer orders accurately Handle cash register operations, including processing cash, credit card payments, and giving correct change Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, upselling menu items, and addressing customer inquiries promptly Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including food prep areas, dining surfaces, and kitchen equipment Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to ensure timely food preparation Manage food handling responsibilities with attention to hygiene standards and proper sanitation practices Assist in inventory management by monitoring supplies and notifying management of stock needs Support food safety protocols by following proper sanitation procedures and handling food responsibly Skills Proven experience in food preparation, quick service restaurants, or café environments Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales transactions and order management Strong cash handling skills with experience processing cash transactions accurately Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently Effective time management to handle fast-paced service periods efficiently Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain a clean workspace at all times Basic math skills for cash register operations and order calculations Previous experience in retail sales transactions within a food or retail environment is preferred Join us in creating memorable dining experiences by combining your culinary talents with exceptional customer service.
