Established Westchester Farm to Table restaurant is looking for talented, hardworking line cooks. This is a opportunity to work with the freshest possible vegetables and herbs grown on our own farm as well as the highest quality day boat seafood overnight from the local Atlantic waters. At least one year of cooking experience is preferred on either saute or grill. Hourly pay is very competitive and substantial based on experience! What we will expect from you:

Duties:

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards
• Ensure food is cooked and presented in a timely manner
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and utensils
• Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

Skills:

• Proven experience as a line cook or similar role
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
