Scheduled days are:

Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 11:00am-6:30pm. This position is responsible for preparing all meals for residents in accordance with State and Federal guidelines. This position is also responsible for providing on-site direction & supervision of waitstaff and dishwasher staff. Job Duties include, but are not limited to: Preparing all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner Following recipes and special diets, and portions Operating standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Maintaining a clean work area Restocking supplies, as needed throughout the shift

Skills:

• Experience in a dietary department is preferred
• Proficient in various cooking techniques and methods
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
