We are seeking an experienced, passionate Line Cook who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This is a role for a skilled cook who takes charge of their station, works with minimal supervision, and takes pride in delivering beautiful, high-quality dishes that exceed guest expectations. The Role Reporting to the Sous Chef and Executive Chef, you will play a central role in daily lunch, dinner, and banquet execution. You will take complete ownership of your station, preparing menu items with precision and care, maintaining inventory freshness, and ensuring smooth, efficient ticket flow during peak volume.

Station Ownership & Execution:

Setup, stock, and operate assigned stations (Sauté, Grill, Fry, Prep, or Pantry) efficiently, preparing meals from our diverse menu with precision, care, and exact standard recipe adherence.

Prep, Quality & Portioning:

Execute kitchen prep work according to daily production sheets, using strong knife skills, accurate portioning, and an eye for detail in food presentation and garnishing.

Speed & Consistency:

Work efficiently under pressure during high-volume rushes, producing consistently high-quality dishes while maintaining clear line communication.

Food Safety & Inventory Control:

Maintain absolute kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards. Monitor station inventory, ensure proper product rotation (FIFO), label and date prep, and assist with product freshness.

Kitchen Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and line team to support smooth kitchen operations, step in during peak volume, and maintain a high-energy team culture.

What You Bring Proven Experience:

2+ years of professional cooking experience in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen or upscale hotel restaurant environment.

Culinary Mastery:

Solid knowledge of food preparation, portion control, line timing, and station prep with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Detail & Quality Commitment:

Uncompromising standards for taste, presentation, plate cleanliness, and food safety compliance.

Stamina & Teamwork:

Strong work ethic, excellent communication, and the physical stamina to stand, move quickly, lift up to 50 lbs, and handle a fast-paced environment with composure.

Flexibility:
