Full Job Description Position:

Food Service Prep Cook Location:

St. Catherine of Siena Hospital (50 NY-25A, Smithtown, NY 11787)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 6:30am-2pm

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of food items for events
• Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
• Assist with receiving and storing food supplies
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a prep cook or in a similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Sandwich Maker/Prep Cook/ experience
