Assist with menu planning to ensure variety, nutritional value, and compliance with dietary restrictions. Maintain proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and sanitation standards are met at all times. Support the dietary department in meal service, including plating and serving food to residents with care and professionalism. Manage food inventory, monitor stock levels, and assist with ordering supplies to minimize waste and control costs. Follow all health department regulations and facility policies related to food safety and cleanliness. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal preparation and efficient kitchen operations.
