We take food seriously and we enjoy what we do! Scratch is looking for a full time line cook who is great with food and is a good team player. What you'll do:
Enjoy a set schedule (Shifts are 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, Tuesday through Saturday)
Assist the chef with all cooking and prepping of dishes
Some food preparation
Ensure that food is cooked and plated on time
Be ready for a fast paced kitchen environment
Be a team player
Demonstrate the ability to keep a kitchen clean and safe
Follow an opening and closing checklist each day
Able to be on your feet for entire shift
Able to lift 35 lbs Everything we do at Scratch can be learned and thereby restaurant experience is not a requirement to apply.

Scratch is looking for someone who has a passion for food and works great in a team environment.
