Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Grill Cook to join our dynamic culinary team! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes including sandwiches, burgers, wings and pizza. Your expertise in food preparation, grilling techniques, and kitchen operations will contribute to delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and menu specifications Operate kitchen equipment including grills, fryers, ovens, and other appliances safely and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the grill station in accordance with food safety sanitizing procedures Ensure food handling practices adhere to all safety regulations to prevent cross-contamination and foodborne illnesses Support food production processes by managing portion control, plating, and timely delivery of orders during high-volume service periods Collaborate with team members to uphold quality standards, optimize workflow, and deliver excellent food service experiences Requirements Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food safety management practices, including sanitizing procedures and recipe adherence Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude to support collaborative kitchen operations Join us as a Grill Cook where your culinary expertise will shine!
