Job Description
POSITION
Substitute Cafeteria Cook at LaBrae Local School District
QUALIFICATIONS
Possess a high school diploma or GED.
Any combination of training and work experience that indicates possession of the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below.
Successful BCI/FBI fingerprinting.
Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate and acceptable.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
Prepare and cook a variety of food items using standardized recipes and established menus.
Ensure meals are nutritious, appealing, and compliant with dietary guidelines. Keep the kitchen a clean and organized.
Help with preparation and inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies in accordance with safety regulations.
Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols to prevent contamination and ensure food quality.
Assist in serving meals during lunch periods and managing food service lines.
SALARY:
Board-approved substitute hourly rate.
