Line CooksTony Maloneys Pub & Pizza - North Royalton, OH • Tony Maloneys Pizza and Pub is looking for 2 line cooks to assist the head chef and sous chef. The candidate will carryout any duties assigned by the managers or chefs. Follow a given set of directions how to prepare food or various types Stock and manage assigned stations Ensure work station, including shelves, tables, grills, fryers, pasta, broilers, convection oven, saute burners, refridgerators, freezers and flattop are kept clean and sanitized Prepare plates the same way every time to ensure consistency Properly store, rotate, label, and manage all food to state and company guidelines Help prep, cook, light dish help and clean in down time Ensure proper volume work is complete before leaving at night Ensure proper closing is done at night i.e. all equipment cleaned and stocked, floors mopped Make suggestions to the head chef if it will benefit the line
