Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our staff. We offer higher than average wages and have full-time positions available. Compensation based on skills and experience. Only serious candidates need to apply. Tired of working long hours every night and on the weekends? Our family-owned restaurant is open Tuesday through Saturday 11:30am - 8:00pm.

Responsibilities:

Ensure the preparation station and the kitchen is set up and stocked. Prepare simple components of each dish on the menu by chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces. Report to the kitchen manager and follow instructions. Make sure food preparation and storage areas meet health and safety standards. Clean prep areas and take care of leftovers. Stock inventory and supplies. Cook menu items with the support of the kitchen staff.

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent. 1 - 2 years of restaurant cooking required. You must be able to work on weekends. Have your own transportation.
