Job description: Ideal back of the house candidate will have experience & a passion for the food industry Responsibilities Prepare high quality food items to order Follow recipes, measure ingredients and maintain presentation standards Understand cooking steak temperatures Meat seasoning, searing, cooking, grilling - how to work it and when to flip Ensure proper food safety, knowledge of temperatures & sanitation guidelines Maintain positive and professional attitude with coworkers & customers Be a true team player Skills Able to use cutting tools quickly & safely Follow instructions - both verbally & written Be able to thrive in a fast paced environment Catering &/or baking experience a plus
