Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in meal preparation, ensuring that all dishes meet our standards for taste and presentation. This position is essential for maintaining the efficiency of our kitchen operations and providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests. We are currently open Wed 7am-2pm, Thurs 7am-2pm, Fri 7am-7pm, Sat 7am-7pm and Sun 7am-2pm. We need someone that can work Wed-Sun, approximate 32-40 hours a week, has reliable transportation and is reliable. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times. Assist in meal preparation for catering events and special functions. Be a team player with a positive work attitude. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace. Work efficiently during service periods to ensure timely delivery of meals. Participate in training new kitchen staff as required. Qualifications Previous experience in food service is preferred. Must be dependable and a team player. Knowledge of food handling, safety, and sanitation practices. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff. Experience in meal preparation and catering is a plus. A passion for cooking and creating exceptional dishes that delight guests. We are a fast-paced, fun team that has tourists from around the world.
