Job Description
Hybrid Prep/Line CookWe re looking for a dependable, hardworking Hybrid Prep/Line Cook to join our kitchen team in Beaverton, Oregon. This is a hands-on position that combines daily prep work with line cooking, so we re looking for someone who is comfortable working in different areas of the kitchen and enjoys being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen.
ScheduleSunday Thursday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PMCompensationStarting at $18/hour + tips, with a $21/hour guaranteed minimum.
What You ll DoPrepare ingredients and complete daily kitchen prepWork the line during service and maintain consistent food qualityFollow recipes, portioning, and food-safety standardsKeep workstations clean, organized, and properly stockedCommunicate effectively with the kitchen team during busy servicesAssist with receiving, storage, and general kitchen duties as neededHelp maintain a clean and efficient kitchen throughout the shiftPreferred ExperienceExperience working with bread, pizza dough, or other yeast-based doughs is strongly preferred. Experience with mixing, shaping, proofing, stretching, or baking dough is a major plus.

Previous prep or line cook experienceA strong work ethic and reliable attendanceGood attention to detailThe ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchenA willingness to learn and take directionA positive, team-oriented attitudeThe Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate takes pride in their work, understands the importance of consistency and cleanliness, and can move comfortably between prep and line responsibilities.
