What You ll DoUsing batch cooking methods, you ll prepare entrees, homemade soups, sauces, and other menu items according to weekly menus, recipes, production sheets, and special dietary plans.
What You Bring5+ years of production cooking experience, OR 2+ years of relevant experience plus culinary education.
Current food handler card or ability to obtain one.
Strong food-safety and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen.
Reliable attendance and a strong team-oriented attitude.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Genuine appreciation for older adults and a commitment to treating them with respect.
A positive, service-focused approach and willingness to help where needed.
Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, provide I-9 documentation, and legally be able to work in the United States.
