Job Description

We're seeking a line and prep cook with a solid background in a professional kitchen. Scratch cooking experience required. We're a small, fast-paced restaurant where attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset are essential. You'll work with high-quality local ingredients and creative seasonal menus.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years kitchen experience in a fast-paced or upscale setting Ability to work independently and as part of a small team Strong prep and station management skills
