Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency in flavor and presentation Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens and other culinary tools Follow food safety sanitizing procedures rigorously to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment Assist in menu planning by suggesting new pizza varieties and seasonal specials based on customer preferences and current food trends Support dietary department needs by adhering to dietary restrictions and recipe adherence guidelines during meal preparation Maintain high standards of food safety management throughout all stages of food handling and preparation Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly with pizza or similar cuisine Strong culinary skills including knife skills, food preparation techniques like braising, poaching, grilling, and meal prep Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and food safety management practices Experience operating kitchen equipment safely in high-volume production settings Background in dietary aide work or dietary department experience is a plus Familiarity with menu planning, recipe adherence, and catering experience is desirable Excellent food handling skills combined with a passion for culinary excellence and customer satisfaction Join us to bring your culinary talents to life in an energetic environment where your skills make a real difference!
