We're looking for an experienced Lead Cook to work directly under our Head Chef. You'll be hands-on on the line cooking during service while also leading and supporting the kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:

Cook on the line and lead by example during busy service Train, supervise, and support kitchen staff Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and consistency Ensure food safety, sanitation, and health code compliance Assist with prep lists, inventory, and kitchen organization Collaborate closely with the Head Chef to execute daily operations

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of professional kitchen experience At least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable, team-oriented, and able to stay calm under pressure ServSafe or equivalent food handler certification preferred
