Duties Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients according to established recipes and menu specifications Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, slicers, and food processors safely and efficiently Ensure all food handling and sanitation procedures comply with food safety standards and sanitizing protocols Assist in menu planning by preparing ingredients needed for daily service and special events Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency during high-volume production periods Support the culinary team with food production tasks including grilling, braising, poaching, and other cooking techniques Follow recipe adherence closely to ensure uniformity across all dishes served Requirements Previous experience in food preparation highly desirable Strong knowledge of food safety management and sanitizing procedures in a commercial kitchen setting Proficiency in operating kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, knives, and other culinary tools Demonstrated skills in food handling, meal preparation, and recipe adherence Ability to work efficiently in high-volume production environments while maintaining attention to detail Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to creating delicious pizzas that delight our guests!
