Job Summary Every Friday Saturday & Sunday 6am to 2pm. We are seeking a passionate and energetic Cook to join our dynamic culinary team! Duties Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to standardized recipes, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, slicers, and other culinary tools Follow food safety management procedures to maintain cleanliness, proper food handling, and sanitation standards at all times Assist in menu planning by suggesting new recipes or modifications based on dietary needs and preferences Ensure proper food portioning and presentation to enhance visual appeal and customer satisfaction Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment through regular cleaning of workstations, utensils, and equipment Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and delivery schedules while adhering to safety standards in production Support catering events or special meal services by preparing large quantities of food as required Adhere strictly to recipe guidelines to ensure consistency across all dishes served Qualifications Proven experience in food industry roles such as restaurant cooking, catering, or dietary departments with a focus on meal preparation and food safety Strong knowledge of culinary techniques including knife skills, slicing methods, and food handling best practices food industry standards for safety and sanitation Ability to operate various kitchen equipment safely while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with kitchen staff and other team members Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail Prior experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred; culinary training or certification is a plus Join us as a Cook and bring your culinary talents to life!
