Part-Time, as needed We are seeking a dependable and motivated Part-Time Line Cook to join our kitchen team on a casual, as-needed basis. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and takes pride in preparing quality food while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency. Responsibilities Prepare food according to established recipes and portion standards.

Prep ingredients and stock workstations before and during service.

Cook menu items including burgers, steaks, fish, and other grilled or fried items.

Maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency.

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.

Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and follow direction from management.

Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous line cook or restaurant kitchen experience preferred.

Ability to accurately follow recipes and instructions.

Strong work ethic with attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

Must be able to stand and work on your feet for 10-12 hour shifts.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive kitchen tasks.

Drug Screen and Criminal Background Check Compensation $16.00-$18.00 per hour, based on experience.
