We've been in business for 15 years and have grown to be one of the top restaurants in the region. Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in preparing and cooking meals while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards. Ensure all food handling procedures comply with food safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and efficient kitchen operations. Assist in menu planning and contribute creative ideas for new dishes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and equipment. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting shortages as necessary. Participate in catering events as needed, ensuring quality service and presentation. Uphold the standards of fine dining by delivering exceptional food quality and presentation. Qualifications Proven experience as a Line Cook in a restaurant or catering environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with various cooking techniques, equipment, and cuisines is an advantage. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff. A passion for culinary arts, creativity in menu planning, and willingness to learn new skills.
