This role is ideal for a cook with strong technical ability, a passion for fresh pasta, and the drive to execute at a high level in a fast‑paced, chef‑driven kitchen. About the Role The Pasta Cook plays a critical part in delivering the signature dishes that define Giuseppe & Sons. This position requires precision, consistency, and a deep respect for technique — from fresh dough production to flawless à la minute execution. You'll work closely with BOH leadership to uphold the restaurant's standards and contribute to a high‑energy, high‑volume culinary environment.
