• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards
• Assist with food preparation for banquets and events
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met in the kitchen
• Collaborate with the dietary department to meet special dietary needs
• Work in a fast-paced environment to deliver high-quality dishes for banquets Requirements
• Previous experience as a cook in a restaurant or banquet setting
• Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
• Proficiency in knife skills and food preparation techniques
• Ability to work well in a team environment and assist where needed
• Experience working in a dietary department or with dietary aides is a plus
