Utilize knife skills for meal preparation and presentation. Provide exceptional food service during meal times, ensuring customer satisfaction. Participate in catering events as needed, showcasing culinary creativity. Support the dietary department by assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies. Experience Previous experience in a dietary department or as a dietary aide is preferred. Background in fine dining or restaurant settings is highly desirable. Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations. Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations is essential. Strong knife skills and experience with various cooking techniques are required. Experience in catering services is a plus, along with a passion for creating quality meals.
