Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team in a bustling restaurant setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in meal preparation, following recipes, and upholding food safety standards. We are looking for full time 11-7 Must work weekends a must! Duties
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping
- Assist in cooking and preparing menu items according to set recipes
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food production
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist in menu planning and contribute creative ideas for new dishes Skills
- Experience working in a kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations
- Familiarity with catering or restaurant operations
- Culinary skills and a passion for cooking
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency in meal preparation and menu planning
