Mama's Kitchen On Bluff Rd is seeking a dependable and hardworking Cook / Cashier to join our team. We serve breakfast, lunch specials, fried chicken, seafood, burgers, sandwiches, and Southern comfort food in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, able to work as part of a team, and willing to assist in both front-of-house and kitchen operations as needed. Responsibilities Cooking Duties Prepare menu items according to recipes and quality standards Fry chicken, fish, shrimp, and other menu items Assist with food preparation and stocking Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist with opening and closing duties Cashier Duties Greet customers and provide excellent customer service Take orders accurately and process payments Answer customer questions about menu items Keep front counter and dining area clean and organized Assist with stocking drinks and supplies Requirements Previous restaurant, cook, cashier, or food service experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Positive attitude and willingness to learn Must be dependable and punctual Schedule Morning and afternoon shifts available Monday through Saturday Weekend availability preferred Application Question(s): Are you available to work mornings starting at 5:00 AM?
