Superior Skilled Trades is seeking Line Cooks to join a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen operation. We have both day and night shifts available and are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who can keep up with a busy kitchen environment while maintaining quality and food safety standards.

Schedule & Pay Day Shift:

5:00 AM - 3:00 PM | $20/hour

Night Shift:

1:00 PM - 11:00 PM | $22/hour 10-hour shifts Must be flexible and willing to work weekends as needed Overtime may be available based on business needs Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of menu items in a high-volume kitchen Work efficiently on assigned stations, including grill, fry, sauté, prep, or other areas as needed Follow recipes, portioning guidelines, and food-quality standards Keep up with high production demands while maintaining accuracy and consistency Prep ingredients and maintain adequate product levels throughout the shift Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized workstation Assist with cleaning, stocking, and other kitchen duties as needed Work closely with the culinary team to keep service running smoothly Qualifications Previous line cook, restaurant, catering, cafeteria, or high-volume food service experience preferred Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and standing for extended periods Ability to work efficiently while maintaining food quality and presentation Strong work ethic and positive attitude Dependable and able to report to scheduled shifts on time Ability to work well as part of a team Must be willing to learn and take direction Must have reliable transportation We are looking for team members who are dependable, hardworking, have a great attitude, and are ready to jump in and help wherever needed.
