Job Description :

Responsible for ensuring all menu items are cooked and built to Kincaid's exact specifications in a presentable and timely manner.

Responsibilities:

Properly sets-up and closes down station. Follows cooking methods and process standards according to the Food Manual. Complies with standard portion sizes, quality standards and ticket time requirements. Reads bag to ensure complete and correct orders. Communicates with kitchen team. Ensures cook station is always stocked, clean, and neat. Clean as you go. Adheres to all safety protocols. Always maintains a clean and proper uniform. Any other duties assigned by management.

Physical Requirements:

Stands during entire shift. Lifts and carries cases weighing up to 30 pounds. Kincaid's Hamburgers is a Fort Worth staple with its fair share of history. Lauded by many national and local publications as the "best burger," Kincaid's is a place "where friends meet to eat."
